All our standard pallet loads are geared to the capacity and dimensions of a 1/2 ton pickup. A Standard pallet of 24" or 36" Brush or CoolBlankets® protects 5000 trees, comes with 25,000 custom Staples and weigh 1000 to 1300lbs. depending on the choice of 4"or 6"staples. A Standard pallet of 48" Brush or CoolBlankets® protects 2500 trees, comes with 22,500 custom Staples (nine per tree) and weighs 1000 to 1300lbs. depending on the choice staples. All pallets are thoroughly shrink wrapped against the weather before shipping.

Every pallet includes our custom Staples, which are flat topped and square cornered for maximum holding power and installation ease. The Brush or Cool Blankets® come in custom designed waxed cardboard dispensers that, when combined with the Carrier, allows the installer to pull free and tear off one at a time. As a courtesy, we provide you with two pairs of Brush Blanket® Gloves and a Carrier on each of the first five pallets of every order. Productivity improvements of up to 50% are possible when installers use our purpose designed accessories.
