reflects the local beauty and community spirit of our seaside town.
On hot summer afternoons, stroll past the Station Arts Center
on Marine Drive, and enjoy the many wares of our local
artisans, White Rock artists, painters, potters, carvers, photographers
and more who line the seaside boardwalk to share their
vision of the beauty of White Rock.
When out shopping, please visit the many fine studios and galleries that display local and international artist's works in their windows and showrooms.
White Rock spawned internationally acclaimed artist Chris MacClure, who currently resides in Cabo San Lucas, and it was always a pleasure to see the very talented local artist Vojislav Morosan painting the streets and views of White Rock beach.
The White
Rock Arts Council "strives to raise the standards
of cultural achievements in the area by broadening
the horizons and the scope of the community through
the interchange of art forms and ideas."
White Rock Waterfront Concert Series features musical groups (acoustic) and musicians who contribute to the art community and perform on White Rock's waterfront plaza, in front of the Station Arts Center on Marine Drive, on weekends during July and August.
